Appointment late policy
Parking can be a bear (especially on the weekends) and traffic is always stupid and shouldn’t exist but it does and sometimes it’ll ruin your day and make you late.
Services will not be able to be performed after 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.
Appointment cancellation and no show policy
Life happens and sometimes you just can’t make the appointment. Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours or as soon as possible to give enough time for another client to book the time slot. We ask that you email your barber or text the shop number if it’s within the 24 hour time frame so that you will not be considered a no call/no show.
No call/no show your appointment, you will be asked to pay for the service missed before a new appointment can be made.
