NO CALL/NO SHOW Policy
There has been an increase in missed appointments, as a reminder;
If we do not hear from you before the 10 minute grace period has passed you have ‘no called/no showed’ your appointment.
The full amount of the service missed is to be paid to be in good standing.
Square will email/text you 24 hours before your appointment, at this point you can move your appointment if you need to reschedule.
Within the 24 hour period you must reach out to your barber directly to move or cancel your appointment.

Current clients. As you can see by the menu items some things have been added/changed. The old booking items are still available, if the time blocks do not make sense go ahead and book the service that makes sense to you.
