AiLi’s CHAIR! SCHEDULE CHANGES
PLEASE READ
Soooooooooooooo I’ve heard you guys loud and clear. I know there’s need for extra availability on my schedule. As you can see by the menu items some things have been added/changed. The old booking items are still available, if the time blocks do not make sense go ahead and book the service that makes sense to you.
I also must ask for your understanding for future adjustments to be made to your appointments (give or take 15-30 minutes) so that we can get more availability on the schedule.
But the biggest change is the 15 minute buffer that makes all of my appointments an hour is gone. Traffic and parking is getting worse on Piedmont, don’t miss out on your shampoo.

Appointment cancellation and no show policy
Life happens and sometimes you just can’t make the appointment. Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours or as soon as possible to give enough time for another client to book the time slot. We ask that you email your barber or text the shop number if it’s within the 24 hour time frame so that you will not be considered a no call/no show.

No call/no show your appointment, you will be asked to pay for the service missed before a new appointment can be made.

Appointment late policy
Parking can be a bear (especially on the weekends) and traffic is always stupid and shouldn’t exist but it does and sometimes it’ll ruin your day and make you late.

Services will not be able to be performed after 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

No children, Gentlemen 13 years or older.

CASH is highly encouraged

Venmo/Zelle/Applepay is also accepted

What is the difference between a stylist and barber?
As recognized by the state of California the difference between the two is the ability to use a straight edge blade.

Why aren’t trims less expensive than a haircut?
If the barber/stylist is having to go around the whole head, the length of what is being taken off does not determine price.

Why do you face me away from the mirror?
The big mirror is a tool just like a pair of clippers and/or shears. Distance away from what the barber/stylist is working on helps with accuracy.

I skipped the shampoo/hot towel/drink,
The haircut only took 15/20/30 minutes… etc.
Why is the price of the service unchanged?
The price listed is the value of the service itself, your beverage, shampoo, and hot towel are complimentary.
Value is not determined by how long it took to perform the service, it’s in the skill it takes to accomplish the service.

Parking
There is both metered street parking as well as a metered parking lot on 41st and Piedmont (behind the CVS).
2 hr parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood but please be mindful of driveways!
Shhhhhhhhhhhh… Rumor has it that Piedmont Grocery has 1 hr parking available in their lot, buy an apple and pop on over.
